Hipius Switchboard

Are you looking for a Hipius in the northeastern United States?  There aren't many of us; perhaps we can help you find someone.  If you would like to get in touch with a northeastern U.S. Hipius in particular... an old acquaintance, or someone whose contact information you've misplaced, here's what to do:

The name of the Hipius you are hoping to get in touch with

How will this person know you? (relationship)

Your name and email address, phone number, or snail mail address

We will then gladly forward all three pieces of information to the appropriate Hipius, if there is one that we are in touch with.  It is then their prerogative whether or not they wish to respond to you.

Please don't ask us to ...

... tell you anything about any Hipius.  We don't give out information - we accept it from other people and then forward it to a Hipius if appropriate.

... give you someone's contact information.  If they want you to have it, they will get in touch with you and give it to you themselves.

... pass along a message.  As said above, this is only to allow you to get in touch with a Hipius who wants you to be able to reach them, and so we won't pass along a message, as that would circumnavigate the protection.

... tell you if we know so-and-so.  For complete privacy and protection from anyone "fishing" for information, we won't even tell you if you're "right" about a name.  Sorry.

Oh, and one last little disclaimer... this little service is run by one person, who can only check the email box when life permits, so any request could go unaddressed for periods of time during vacations and such.  So... don't use this as your only resource if you need to reach someone urgently.
